The process in the DPL pooling system
In the DPL pooling system, we provide our customers with the required load carriers in the desired quality at any time. They can be provided either by self-collection or delivery to agreed desired destinations.
You can use the load carriers provided flexibly according to your needs. You then return them to the DPL pool quickly and easily. Thanks to the unique DPL pooling process, the return is preferably not physical. This means through an account booking based on the DPL pooling credit. However, physical repatriation is of course also possible. This is carried out either by collection by DPL at an agreed destination or by self-delivery, e.g. to a depot.
On request, we can also take care of the administrative processing for you in DPL pooling. For example, load carrier account management, including ongoing reconciliation with third parties across a large number of load carrier accounts (e.g. for a manufacturer with all logistics providers used). We ensure professional processing through our expert employees and IT processes.
